My background
My grandfather owned a rock shop and made his own jewelry for sale. I would go into his shop to look at all the pretty stones and the work he did. My mom said me and my brother would start our own rock shop at home using the gravels from our driveway. My grandfather passed away when I was 8, but we kept several of his smaller rocks around the house as decoration. I still remember the smell of the rock shop (my dad told me it was a flame retardant which makes sense), so whenever I smell it, I remember peeking down the stairs to look at the boxes and aisles of crystals/rocks below. It has only been of the late that I've been able to hear my ancestors' voices and they encouraged me to make bracelets to help me with my day-to-day problems and situations. The healing and energy the crystals and glass beads have brought me are incredible, and I realized other people would find them useful too. That's why I created Eight Syght, so more people can have the help and energy they need to feel when they are unable to find it or feel it on their own.
