What's the point?

The claims on the Eight Syght store and social media pages are from my own personal experiences in relation to crystal properties and abilities and how these will impact your life. This can include, but is not limited to, the use of healing crystals, chakra healing, the use of crystal spirits. I cannot guarantee that you will have the same experiences that I do. I am not a doctor and I do not provide medical advice. None of the information I provide/post should be used as a replacement for seeking medical attention.
How can I pay?
We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
How do I cleanse/release the heaviness from the crystals or gemstones?
Sometimes jewelry will become laden with "absorbed energy". I typically put my pieces on a work altar or personal altar that has energy filling items on it. Like pictures or drawings of things I love, pictures of myself and my family, important personal items, and Christian iconography. I can tell later that they're ready to wear again because they feel lighter to lift or it's been left in the space for a night.
How do I clean my bracelets/pendants?
I recommend gentle cleaning with water, and an old toothbrush. Quartz is very hard so they can be cleaned less gently. Polymer clay hardens like a plastic, so if it's a thick piece, you can clean harder. For small details, clean gently because they can rub off. Howlite, agate, and others need gentle cleaning. So using an old toothbrush with water to gently clean each part is good. Vinegar is also ok, but it is acidic, so I would only use it on quartz, amethyst, and citrine. Do not soak them in water.
Side note: some of the glass beads have colored bubbles on them. The bubbles will come off if you clean them too hard. So also clean those gently.
How does the warranty work?
First send me an email to whimsyinprint@yahoo.com with pictures of the broken bracelet and details about when it broke. Then I will give you my mailing address. Then you can go to the post office and pay to mail it to me. I will cleanse the crystals and then restring the bracelet. Then I will mail it back to you free of charge.
Can I have the bracelet size changed if it breaks?
Yes if the bracelet breaks because it is too small, please explain so in the details. Then I will make the next piece slightly bigger.
If you would like other adjustments made (wire wrapping or different style), those will cost extra.
How do I do exchanges, returns, or refunds?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and it is in the same condition as it was received, you can contact me for an exchange, return, or refund of the item. If the item is broken from use, you will be able to get it repaired, however broken items are non-refundable. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact me and we will discuss it.
What is the point of wearing these things/energy wear?
The point is that not everyone is able to use or access their energy correctly at all times. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone has weaknesses. Everyone can use an extra hand. That is the goal of this jewelry. To give you that extra hand in understanding what grounded feels like or joyful warmth. Results may vary depending on the person wearing it. Each piece is made with prayers to the Holy Trinity that the wearer receives only benefits and goodness while wearing Eight Syght jewelry.
Sales Tax
I charge a 5.3% sales tax on all of my products in accordance with Virginia law. I have some storage and a mailing address in VA for my business, so I must collect taxes on my work. The total amount should come out to an even number and shipping is added on.
